I know this is a question not related to studies, but still for my sake I am asking. Thank you for alotting me time by reading this.
I strongly want to study abroad with a scholarship or even in India but in a good Institute so that I get the fame. like I want to study Geology in Europe or at IISER. So it I clear NTSE, can I choose the scholarship to be used up in IISER?
I mean that can we choose that in which institute do we want to use up our scholarship?
