it's a rule I explain you :-

if :-

  =  > \frac{ \frac{5}{2} }{ \frac{4}{3} }

then,

  =  >    \frac{5 \times 3}{2 \times 4}

 =  >  \frac{15}{8}

In the same way ,

  =  > \frac{ \frac{1}{1} }{ \frac{60+1}{30} }

  =  > \frac{30}{60+1}

hope it help to understand!

Answer:

      1

-----------------

10     +        1

            --------------

               60+1

              ---------

                  30

This 30 is Denominator  of (60+1) part so in next step it will up with 1 and multiply there with 1 to becomes 30.
