okay Pls tell Me why Does the Potential remains Same In , Question B....from the formula V=KQ/r ...the V should change as the charge is changed in question B ?​

But work done on a test charge to move it from one point to another,

Wab = q(Vb - Va) where q is the test charge, Vb is the potential of final position and Va is the potential of initial position.

Here, the potential at infinity, Va=0V since a point at infinity is any point outside the electric field.
