Nowadays everyone seems to be very busy. People do not have time to look after the old people in the house. Everything has become expensive. So the people have to earn more money. In order to earn a huge salary they have to do more work and spend more time in the office. When they come home they are too tired to attend to the elders in the house. Old people become weak and need assistance. They also need emotional support, love and attention. The younger generation is preoccupied with their job and the tensions associated with their work. They find it difficult to cope up with the stress of work and at the same time care for the old people. So they prefer to send the elders to the old age homes where they can be looked after in a better manner.
