His hair is gray and his complexion wrinkled. The long, brown, L-shaped pipe he owns is an antique. There is a river nearby. The river calmly provides pleasure; therefore, the long, brackish, fast-flowing river is visited often. The old man enjoys smoking his pipe, watching the river, and listening to the sounds. River sojourning has become a favorite pastime. When weekend comes, the old man treks to the marvelous river. He always walks to the river on a Saturday morning. The old man jaunts to the riverbank, hastening like a tracked deer. There will be more time for enjoyment if the old man leaves early. Before on leaving Saturday morning, he prepares his supplies Friday night. Leaving early is being punctual, so the old man makes plans every Friday. First, he chooses the clothes that he will wear to the river. The climate is a bird that soars over the land. The cool temperatures are predictably the same everyday. The sky is clear and bright, the air is chilly and refreshing, the wind is faint and delicate. The old man arranges a small, blue, tear-resistant uniform; then hangs the attire for quick, easy access. "Now I have clothes ready for tomorrow morning; for example my favorite sky-blue shirt, my dark blue pants, and my blue-black belt." says the old man. Also that night he adjusts the smoking pipe. The pipe is a vessel that contains tobacco. There are leavings in the pipe that are old and hardened. To clean the pipe he must us small tools; for example, he uses a small brush and a mini scraper. The old man cleans the pipe; also after the cleansing the pipe is refilled for tomorrow.
