Answer:

44:28:8:20

Explanation

let total profit=1

share given to D=1/5

remaining share=1-1/5=4/5

now, old partners will share the remaing profit in their old profit sharing ratio

A's share = 11/20*4/5

=44/100

B's share = 7/20*4/5

28/100

C's share=2/20*4/5

=8/100

D's share=1/5*20/20=20/100

so,new profit sharing ratio is

A:B:C:D

=44:28:8:20=

Answer:

New Ratio =: 11 : 7 : 2 : 5

Explanation:

A, B, C are partners and their ratio = 11 : 7 : 2

D admitted by giving 1/5 share

so multiply by 5, the Ratio A: B : C = 55 : 35: 10

A giving shares to D= 55 × 1/5 = 11

so A hold = 55 - 11 = 44

B giving shares to D = 35 × 1/5 = 7

so B hold = 35 - 7 = 28

C gives shares To D= 10 ×"1/5 = 2

so C hold = 10 - 2 = 8

Totally D hold = 11 + 7 +2 = 20

New Ratio between A, B, C and D= 44 : 28 : 8 : 20

A: B: C: D = 11 : 7 ; 2 : 5
