Explanation:

Each acid can form as many kinds of salts, as it has hydrogen ion .

Sulphuric acid can form two kinds of salts, i.e. ,

SO4²- and HSO4- . It ionizes in water to form two hydrogen ions. Hence, it is said to be dibasic.
