every day the inmates of the workhouse were given thin gruel 3times a day They were supposed to do a lot of work a well during the day

When I am workhouse like little Oliver I was very angry but I work in under depression of money .When I have money I leave this job

If I were in the place of little oliver I would be become very sad and I would keep crying and I would miss my parents and I no longer want to live there. I will come outside from the work shop.And that gruel was not sufficient for me for all the day.It was like a small bread piece.
I want some more gruel.
