The cash price of the refrigerator was ₹7450 and the payment was to be made ₹2000 on singing the agreement. Balance in three instalment of ₹2000 each at the end of each year. 5% is charged by the supplier per annum. The purchaser write off 10% depreciation annually on the diminishing balance of the cash value. Make entries and open necessary account in the books of purchaser.​
