creditor Kashish. On the due date, the bill was dishonoured and Kashish paid ₹ 100 as noting charges. On the same
date, Kashish informed Manisha about the dishonour of the bill. Manisha settled her debt to Kashish by cheque for ₹
31,000 which include noting charges and interest. Amita settled Manisha’s claim by cheque for the same amount.
