The distance travelled and displacement would be same since it is straight line track 100 m.

Given:

Given data suggests that there is an athlete who completes a run of 100 m on a straight track.

Solution:

The track race is completed in a particular time. So as given the track was of 100 m and the race was completed to the final line from the starting line so the complete race was of 100 m thereby the distance travelled by the athlete be 100 m.

The displacement is a vector quantity and thus the magnitude of displacement is equal to the distance because the track was straight in path. So, displacement be 100 m.
