On a 60 km straight road a bus travels the first 30 km with a uniform speed of 30 km per hour how fast the bus travels the next 30 km so as to have average speed of 40 km per hour for entire trip

average speed =total distance/total time
40= 60/(t1+t2)
t1=30/30
t1=1
putting value of the t1
60/(1+t2)=40
t2=1/2
speed =distance/time
speed =30/1/2
speed =60
