No,father's shadow will be not longer.

Because,

• The time is noon when the sun is mostly situated above our head and the sun rays fall upon us by being perpendicular with the ground.

• In this situation,the length of shadow becomes smallest possible during the daytime.

• And,the formed shadow is circular in shape,around us.

• That's why lengths of the shadow during day time are not comparable at all.
