firstly, draw x and y axis on a graph paper,then mark the digits taking origin as O. thenon x axis mark 3 towards the positive side ,which is +x axis, and mark 2 on + y axis.,now join both of them with a scale.similarly,you can mark B (2,3) and c(-4, 5) and D(5,-3) on the graph very easily by following the same steps, shown in the image. after marking all 4 points, just join them to get a quadrilateral abcd asked in the question..
