The distance of the point (A, C) is 15 and distance of the points (C, B) is 5.

As the 3 points are collinear than distance of (A, C) = sum of distances of (C, B) and (A, B)

or 15 =5 +d(A,B)

or d(A,B) = 15-5=0

Hence distance of the point (A, B) is 10
