A      B     C                

AC = 10   BC  =  8   => AB  = AC - BC  = 10 - 8 = 2

A      C      B  

AB = AC + BC = 10 + 8 = 18

B       A      C  ( not Possible ) as   AC > BC

AB = 2  or AB = 18
