On a pool table a ball is hit with a cue. The ball moves with a speed of 5 m/s. It hits another ball (at rest) in its line of motion. After hitting the ball, the two ball move apart at an angle of 45° with respect to each other. If the original ball moves away with a speed of 4 m/s, what is the speed with which the secong ball moves away? (mass of all the balls on the table is 200 grams)
