Scaling factor = Length of building /

Length of model

30

1= Lengthofbuilding

1.2

Length of building = 1.2×30

Length of building = 36 m

Similarly, Breadth of building = 75×30 = 22.5 m

Height of building = 30×2 = 60 m

hence, dimensions of building are : 36×22.5×60

Length of building =60 inches

Scale factor = 1/5

60/ 1/5 = 12× 1 = 12

hence actual height is 12.

hope it may helps you.
