The cars cover for 2 hours :-

 \sf = 20 + 50 \\  \sf = 70

The speed = 70 / 2 = 35 kilometer per hour.

\sf s2  - s1 = 35 \\ \sf  s2 - 45 = 35 \\ \sf s2 = 35 + 45 \\ \sf  = 80 \:  \frac{km}{hr}

Therefore, the speed of the car = 80 km/hr.
