\huge\underline{Ganga\:-} River Gamga is a holy river of Hindus. People believe that Ganga is the daughter of Himalya Mountain and is treated as a goddess in India. it is the longest river of India and comes in the list of one of the longest rivers of the world.

\huge\underline{Satluj\:-} Satluj river is known as Shatadrum in Sanskrit language. It is 1500 km long. Cities such as Buhavalpur , Ludhiyana and Firozpur are located at the bank of this river.

\huge\underline{Damodar\:-} Damodar river is a north - eastern river.it is a tributary to Hugli river . it flows across Jharkhand and West Bengal.

\huge\underline{Krishna\:-} Krishna river is 1300 km long. It is an east flowing river.It is an east flowing river.It's basin is shared by the states like , Maharashtra , Karanatka and Andhra Pradesh.

\huge\underline{Narnada\:-} Previously narmada was known as  Nerbudda. The other name of Narmada is Rewa. In Jabalpur, Narmada flows between 2 hills creating a very beautiful scene.

\huge\underline{Tapi\:-} River Tapi is aprroxmately 724 km long. It flows in some of the Indian states name Madhya Pradesh , Maharastra and Punjab. Cities like Nepanagar , Multani etc. are located on the bank of river Tapi.

\huge\underline{Brahmaputra\:-} Brahmaputra is known by the name  Tsangpo in Tibet. Brahmaputra starts from Himalyas. It is included in the list of the famous and important river of the largest continent Asia.
