Answer:

Ryotwari system-Madras and Bombay areas, as well as the regions of Assam and Coorg.

System of Mahalwari- implemented in the North-West Frontier, Agra, Central Province, Gangetic Valley, Punjab, and other areas.

Explanation:

Ryotwari system- Sir Thomas Munro, 1820, established this method of collecting land revenue in the late 18th century.  The peasants or cultivators were considered the landowners under this system. They owned the land and could sell, mortgage, or give it away.

System of Mahalwari- Introduced the Mahalwari system in 1822, and it was revised under Lor William Bentinck in 1833. This incorporated elements from both the Zamindari and Ryotwari systems. The land was divided into Mahals by this system. A Mahal was sometimes made up of one or more villages. The Mahal was subject to the tax. Each farmer contributed his fair share.

permanent settlement-  It was issued by Lord Cornwallis, and later on, spread to other parts of the area.
