On analyzing a state, one can find vast variation in development even within a state. for example,Maharashtra is considered to be an economically developed state. However, its areas like Vidarbha and Marathawada are quite backward. Similarly, certain areas of Andhra Pradesh are quite developed
whereas areas like Rayalseema and Telangana are considerably backward.

Anybody can explain me this
