Option ( A ) is wrong because here which is referring to medical imaging instead of informative program.

as per the context of the sentence, it is informative program would have found interesting not medical imaging is interesting.
Also there is no referent for pronoun they.

Option B is wrong - same reason as above.

Option C is wrong- no referent for they & also comma should not be used before that unless the before sentence is a modifier.

Option D wrong - comma used before that

Option E - Correct
