As we know that,

Rate of SGST = Rate of CGST

Therefore,

Rate of SGST =9%

Rate of GST = Rate of CGST + Rate of SGST

⇒ Rate of GST =9%+9%=18%

Rate of GSt=18%of 700

=18/100×700

= 18×7

=Rs=126

So the gst on article is Rs 126
