on checking trunk containing bulbs it was found that there are 600 bulbs and 75 of them are defective find the probability of selecting a bulb at random which is non defective.

Number of defective bulbs = 75
Total number of bulbs = 600

Number of non defective bulbs
= 600-75
= 525

Probability = No. of favorable outcomes/Total number of outcomes

= 525/600
= 105/120
= 21/24
= 0.875
