THE AMOUNT OF CHARGE FLOW FROM a TO b IS 0 .

In the given circuit when switch S is closed, charge flow from one capacitor to another till potential in each the capacitor is same because their is no potential drop across circuit.

Now, let charge q flows through  2\ \mu F and accumulate at  1\ \mu F  when potential across both the capacitor is same.

Therefore, V_a=V_b\\\dfrac{10-q}{2}=\dfrac{5+q}{1}\ \  \ \  { Since,\  Q=CV}\\.

Solving for q we get,

q=0 \ \mu C.

Therefore , option 4 is correct.
