Step-by-step explanation:

5x - 3y= 11, or 5x - 3y - 11=0

-10x+6y=-22, or -10x+6y+22=0

on comparing the equations with a1x + b1y+ c1= 0 and a2x +b2y+ c2=0, we get

a1= 5, b1= -3, c1= -11

a2= -10, b2= 6, c2= 22

a1/a2= 5/-10=-1/2

b1/b2= -3/6= -1/2

c1/c2= -11/22= -1/2

since, a1/a2= b1/b2= c1/c2= -1/2

therefore, the pair of linear equations are consistent
