On dissolving chalk powder in water , suspension is obtained. give any reasons to support the fact that mixture so obtained is suspension only

Here are the reasons-

1) After some time the chalk powder will sediment inside beaker. Means it is unstable,so can be said as suspension.

2) Take a torch and send light rays into the chalk powder water mixture and you can see the reflection of light rays in different direction.
So can be said as a suspension as floating non soluble particles inside.
