On dividing a number by 7, the remainder is 6. the quotient so obtained when divided by 11, leaves the remainder 9. the new quotient obtained when divided by 13, leaves a remainder 12. find the remainder when the number is divided by 1001.

Since 305mod11=−1

=>3010mod11=1

We need 7287 in 10∗N+M form

So 7287mod10 = 287

Now every 05th, 25th, 45th, 65th, 85th ends in 2  

So that 287mod10 = 2∗22 = 8

So the question reduces to 3010N+8

=1∗308

=5
