Given :

Given polynomial :

= -x^{2} + x -1

Quotient :

=x - 1

Remainder :

=3

To Find :

The dividing polynomial =?

Solution :

∴We know that :

Dividend = ( Divisior \times Quotient ) + Remainder

So , the required polynomial f(x) is :

f(x) = (-x^{2} +x - 1)(x -2) +3

        = -x^{3}+2x^{2}  + x^{2} -2x - x + 2 + 3

        = -x^{3} + 3x^{2} - 3x + 5

So the required polynomial is :

f(x) = (-x^{2} +x - 1)(x -2) +3
