Let p(x)=x^3-8x^2+20x-10.

g(x) be the divisor.

q(x)=x-4. [quotient]

r(x)=6. [remainder]

AS WE KNOW THAT,

Dividend=divisor×quotient+,remainder.

=> p(x)=g(x)×(x-4)+6

=>(x^3-8x^2+20x-10-6)÷(x-4)=g(x)

=>x^2- 4x + 4 = g(x)

Hence,g(x)=x^2- 4x + 4.

YOUR POLYNOMIAL IS WRONG. THERE MUST BE X³ IN PLACE OF X² .
