Let p(x) = x³+3x²+3x

x+22/7 = 0

x = -22/7

Using remainder theorem,

p(-22/7) = (-22/7)³ + 3(-22/7)² + 3(-22/7)

              = -10648/343 + 1452/49 - 66/7

              = (-10648+10164-3234)/343

              = -3718/343

              = -10.83
