Upon increasing temperature the kinetic energy of the particles increases, as a result the particles start moving with high speed and intermix more rapidly with each other and so the rate of diffusion increases with heating.

On heating diffusion becomes faster as the intermolecule space between the particles increases and the kinetic energy between the molecules also increases. So the molecules roam around in a faster manner ...that is the reason for the above mentioned condition.
