KHSO4 is a dehydrating agent for glycerol. On heating it gives ACROLEIN. I'll try to show it here CH2OH-CH(OH)-CH2OH ----KHSO4 (-2H2O)----> CH2=C=CH-OH ----Tautomerize----> CH2=CH-CH=O (Acrolein also called acraldehyde)
