Hey there !

Solution :

Number of chocolates distributed =  x

Number of Children = y

Number of adults = 15

Chocolates distributed to children is 2 to each of them. Hence the total number of chocolates distributed is 2 ( y ) = 2y

Hence, we can say that

Total number of chocolates = Number of chocolates with children and adults

=> x = 2y + 15

=> x - 2y = 15

Therefore ( x - 2y = 15 ) is the required equation.

For the graph refer to the attachment.

Hope my answer helped :-)

Answer is as belows:

Number of chocolates = x
Number of child = y
Number of person ( adult ) = 15

Total number of chocolates =
Number of chocolates of adults with child

x-2y=15

x=2y+15 .
This is linear equation in two variables .
To represent it on graph we have its minimum two solutions .
Let's find out them :

• Suppose y=0
Then put y= 0
X=2(0)+15
X= 15
(15,0)

Suppose y=1
Put y=1
X=2(1)+15
X=2+15
X=17
(1,17)

Heya dear I have no graph at this time ( I am outside ) .
So I have given you solutions .
Please don't mind that .
