In NCERT organisms & population chapter page no. 229 formula

N(t+1) = Nt + [(B+I) - (D+E)]

In given question Nt =10, B=100, I=5/year & D =80,E=10/year ok

So, birthrate 100 for 10 years =100×10= 1000 & immigration is 5/year for 10 years = 5×10=50

So, (B+I) come out 1000+50=1050

Death rate 80 for 10 years, 80×10=800,and Emigration is 10/year for 10 year = 10×10 =100

So, (D+E) come out 800+100 =900 ok putting values in formula,

N(t+1)=Nt +[(B+I) - (D+E)]

=10 +[1050 - 900]

=10+150

=160 is right answer
