here amount = 139200

time= 2 yrs

rate 8%

SI = P*r*t/100

= x*8*2/100=16/100x

Amount=P+SI

x+16/100x=116/100x

But amount is given

therefore,

116/100x=139200

x=120000

hence the invested money is 120000
