on monday i ve asl and not finding some of the points pzz help me out in preparing a conversation on the prompt one of ur frnd talks rudely to the bus driver and dicuss with ur patner how to solve this problem

I would act a little stern. Even if a person is working in a low post, he is a human, and every person has a right to get equal respect. If the classmate doesn't understand, I would take the matter up to the school department or his or her parents. P.S. - These are the points you are to discuss about.
