$\frac{5}{9} \times x - 5 = 10 \\ \\ \rightarrow \frac{5x}{9} - 5 = 10 \\ \\ \rightarrow \frac{5x - 45}{9} = 10 \\ \\ \rightarrow 5x = 10 \times 9 + 45 \\ \\ \rightarrow 5x = 90 + 45 \\ \\ \rightarrow 5x = 135 \\ \\ \rightarrow x = \frac{135}{5} \\ \\ \rightarrow x = 27$
