his plan to anyone. What should the therapist do? Is

I think that the therapist should tell police when Mr Z leaves and should give the recording as proof against him . or at least warn Ms X about Mr Z's plan

Even after therapist is legally obligated to keep confidentiality . These things can be told to police.

I think Mr X must be hanged . these kind of people don't deserve to live . The person are no less then devil a devil in a human body.
