some people start bleeding from their nose area simply because of the reaon that on higher altitudes..the atmospheric pressure becomes very low..
but the blood pressure inside the body remains the same..
hence due to an imbalance inside and outside the body..
nose bleeding starts..

It is because pressure decreases on moving to higher altitudes. As our body pressure is balanced by the atmospheric pressure and on higher altitudes atmospheric pressure decreases, their is an imbalance created and hence blood comes out from nose.
