On retirement, Mr Hari Ram purchased a flat in a residential colony in Faridabad for Rs 90 lakhs. As per the terms and conditions the builder was supposed to offer him the possession of the flat within two months from the date of its purchase. When he was not given the possession even after more than 3 months had lapsed, Mr. Hariharan decided to pursue the matter in the court of law. And also claim and additional compensation of rupees 15 lacs for the mental torture​
