On SA Petitioner No. and Bhim Singh, aged about 32 years, S/o Sh, Khajan Singh R/o Village Mohidinpur, District Karnal. On SA Petitioner No. 2 Stared that our marriage was solemnized on 18.11.2010 according to Hindu rites and ceremonies at Panipat. After marriage we resided and cohabited together as husband aad wife. Two children Aradley aged 10 years and Radhika aged 7 years were born out from the said wedlock, who are now under the care and custody with petitioner no. 1 Laxmi. Due to our temperamental differences, our relations became strained. Despite best endeavors made by us, our parents, relatives, friends and respectable of the society for reconciliation, our matrimonial dispute could not be settled. We have been living separately since 2014. It has become impossible for both of us to reside together as husband and wife under one roof and there are no chances of reconciliation, resettlement and reunion. All our claims past, present and future regarding Istridhan, permanent alimony and dowry articles etc have already been sertled. It has been agreed between the petitioners that the petitioner No. 2 shall paya sum of Rs. 1,80,000/- to the petitioner No. 1 out of which Rs. 50,000/- in the shape cash has been received by petitioner No. 1 today in the Court itself. The remainis amount of rupees 1,30,000/- shall be paid to the petitioner no. I by the petitioner nu 2 at the time of the recording of the statement of the second motion. The children namely Aradhey and Radhika will remain in the custody of the petitioner no. 1 and the peridioner no. 2 will never claim their custody in any manner.
