Then SP of 16 articles is Rs 16(16*1)

CP will be = SP + Loss

According to question , Loss suffered = SP of 4 articles = Rs 4 (4*1)

∴Loss percent = loss/CP * 100 = 4/20*100 = 20%

Answer : hence, loss percent = 20%
