Sp = 2540

Loss = 12%

Cp = 100/(100-loss%) x sp

Cp = 100/(100-12) x 2540

Cp = 100/88 x 2540

In order to gain 12%

Sp = (100+gain%)/100 x cp

Sp = (100+12)/100 x 100/88 x 2540

Sp = 112/100 x 100/88 x 2540

Sp = 112/88 x 2540

Sp = 3232.72

Hope it helps :)
