selling price of fan=Rs4700

lose%=6

therefore cost price=4700(1+6/100)

=(4700*106)/100

=47*106

=Rs4982

given,profit%=6

therefore,profit%=(profit/costprice)*100

6 =(profit/4982)*100

(6*4982)*100=profit

profit=49.82*6

=298.92

therefore,new selling price=4982+298.92

=5280.92

=Rs5281

hence,shopkeeper must sell his fan for Rs5281for getting gain of 6%.
