therefore,profit%=(profit/costprice)*100

6 =(profit/4982)*100

profit=49.82*6

=298.92

therefore,new selling price=4982+298.92

=5280.92

=Rs5281

hence,shopkeeper must sell his fan for Rs5281for getting gain of 6%.
