As he has lost 10 percent.
If "x" is the actual cost of the mobile .
then
x= 750 + 750*10/100 (as the second term gives the amount decreased we have to add 750 to find the actual value.)
x=750 + 75
x=825.
so 5 percent gain is y let us say
y=825 + 825*5/100
y= 825 + 41.25
y= 866.25
so at 5 percent gain it must cost 866.25
