ATQ
(90/100)x = 750
=> x=833.3

to get 15% gain.
(115/100)×833.3=958.2

solution :

If no profit no loss then CP = SP,

If there is loss of x% then SP = 1 - \frac{x}{100} CP

else if there is a profit of y% then SP = 1 + \frac{y}{100} CP

using the above formula,

loss of 10% mean 0.9(CP) = 750

Gain of 5% means 1.05(CP) = (1.05 * 750) / (0.9) = 875

so to gain 5% he should sell at 875

Hope that helps !!!
