SP = 708.50
profit%= 9%
CP = SP x 100/(100 + Profit%)
 =  \frac{708.50 \times 100}{(100 + 9)}  \\  =  \frac{70850}{109}  \\  = 650
Now
CP = 650
PROFIT % =11%

sp = cp( \frac{100 + profit\%}{100} ) \\  = 650 \times  \frac{(100 + 11)}{100}  \\  =  \frac{650 \times 111}{100}  \\  = 721.50
So SP is Rs 721.50 Answer
