 {( \sqrt{5}  + \sqrt{7} ) }^{2}  =  { \sqrt{5} }^{2}   + { \sqrt{7} }^{2}  + 2 \sqrt{5}  \times  \sqrt{7}  \\  \\ 5 + 7 + 2 \sqrt{35}  = 12 + 2 \sqrt{35}
